Carrie Lambert
Counseling Intern
I aim to build positive and trusting relationships utilizing a therapeutic approach that is person-centered, strength-based, and affirming. I support clients who are dealing with anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, and grief. With a specialization in Military and Veterans Counseling, I am especially passionate about serving military members and their families. I celebrate the uniqueness of each individual’s story and believe that in the healing journey, the route is often more valuable than the destination.
I am working under the supervision of Lisa Maholchic, LCSW-C while earning my Master’s degree in Counseling at the College of William & Mary.
My priority is to create a non-judgmental, warm, and collaborative environment where clients are empowered to move towards change and growth.
